W'eau SPO-650 sand filter side mount

The W'eau SPO-650 sand filter is the best in its class and therefore very popular for good reason! It filters your pool water perfectly, so you can fully enjoy a refreshing dip. This polyester sand filter has a smooth gelcoat fiberglass finish, making the SPO-650 a durable and reliable choice. These filters come standard with a 50mm adhesive connection and a 38mm threaded connection. This set thoroughly cleans your pool water thanks to the fine filtration of 25-30 microns.

Effective filtration thanks to side-mount

The W'eau SPO sand filter is a side-mount filter. Unlike TPE sand filters (top mount), the 6-way valve of a side-mount sand filter is mounted on the side, not the top. With a side-mount sand filter, the water is better distributed across the entire sand bed, making filtration more efficient and effective. A sand filter with a side-mount connection is also much easier to maintain. This is partly due to the air vent and the transparent filter lid, which allows you to easily see inside the filter without having to open it. Convenient!

With 6-way tap

The W'eau SPO filter is equipped with a convenient 6-way valve. This means this filter has the following 6 settings:

• Filtering; water flows from top to bottom in the filter tank (99% of the time)
• Backwashing; water flows from bottom to top in the filter tank to rinse the filter material (when you notice reduced filtration/flow)
• Rinse; flush away dirty water after backwashing
• Close; you close all entrances and exits
• Waste; flush the pool water directly into the sewer
• Circulate; this is especially important when you have green water and want to treat it
